Effective January 1, 2026
Fieldstone Temecula Concrete and Masonry, temeculaconcreteandmasonry.com, office@temeculaconcreteandmasonry.com
Agreeing to these terms
These terms cover your use of this website and any estimate, proposal or work you get from Fieldstone Temecula Concrete and Masonry. When you use the site, request an estimate or hire us, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or book work with us.
When a signed contract for a specific job says something different from these terms, the signed contract controls for that job. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Fieldstone Temecula Concrete and Masonry, and "you" means the person using the site or hiring us.
What we do
We're a masonry contractor in Temecula, CA, and we also do concrete work for homeowners in Temecula and the cities around it. Our work includes foundation and block walls, brick and stone work, chimneys and fireplaces, pavers, walkways, retaining walls and repairs to existing masonry. You can see the full list on our home page and read about our crew on our About page.
The descriptions on this site are general information. They don't promise that a given service suits your property. We can only judge that once we've seen the job in person, and in some cases only once the work is open.
Estimates and pricing
Estimates are free and come with no obligation. An estimate is our best judgment of the cost based on what we can see and what you tell us at the visit, and it's good for the period written on it.
The price can change if conditions turn up that we couldn't see beforehand, such as damaged footings, buried pipes, poor soil or hidden water damage, or if you ask for changes to the scope or materials. We'll tell you before we do extra work and get your approval in writing, so you won't find a surprise on the final bill.
Any general cost information on this site is for planning only. It isn't a quote, and your price comes from your written estimate or contract.
Scheduling and cancellation
We'll agree on a start date with you and do our best to keep it. Weather, material deliveries, permit or inspection timing and conditions found on site can move the schedule, and we'll let you know as soon as we know about a change.
If you need to reschedule or cancel, call us at (951) 466-2105 as early as you can. If you cancel after we've ordered custom materials or started work, you may owe for materials we can't return and for work already done, as your contract describes. This doesn't limit any cancellation rights California law gives you.
Payment
Your contract sets out the payment schedule, including any deposit and when each payment is due. Any deposit we take follows California law.
Payments are due on the dates in your contract. If a payment is late, we may pause work until the account is current, and we may use the remedies the law allows to collect what's owed, including a lien on the property where the law permits one.
Our work and warranties
We're fully licensed and insured, and we stand behind our work. If something we built or repaired isn't right, call us and we'll come out and look at it. Any written warranty for your job, including what it covers and for how long, will be in your contract.
Apart from a written warranty in your contract and any warranty California law requires, we don't make other promises about our work. Masonry and concrete can show small cracks, color differences and settling over time, and natural stone and brick vary from piece to piece, so these aren't defects on their own.
A warranty doesn't cover damage from things outside our control, such as earthquakes, flooding, ground movement, tree roots, misuse, or changes or repairs by others. Products and materials carry their makers' warranties, which we'll pass on to you where we can.
Limits on our liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't responsible for indirect or consequential losses tied to our work or this website, such as lost rent, lost use of the property or delays caused by others. Our total responsibility for any job is limited to the amount you paid us for that job.
Nothing here limits our responsibility for injury or property damage caused by our negligence, or any right you have that California law says can't be waived.
Using this website
We try to keep the information on this site accurate, but it's provided as is and may have mistakes or be out of date. It's general information and isn't engineering, legal or permit advice for your property.
The text, photos and design on this site belong to us or are used with permission, so please don't copy them without asking. Links to outside sites are there for your convenience, and we don't control what those sites say or do.
Resolving disputes
If you're unhappy with anything, please call us first at (951) 466-2105 or reach us through our contact page. Most problems get settled with a conversation and a site visit, and we'll work with you in good faith to make it right.
If we can't settle it that way, either of us may bring the matter in small claims court where it qualifies, or otherwise in the state courts for Riverside County, California, unless your contract sets out another process.
Governing law
These terms and any work we do are governed by California law, without regard to rules that would apply another state's law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time, and the version posted on this page is the one in effect. Changes won't affect a contract you've already signed with us unless we both agree in writing.
If you have questions about these terms, call us at (951) 466-2105 or send us a note through our contact page.
